What you'll do


  • Support our internal communication efforts and create (mainly digital) materials such as videos, graphics, presentations, and e-mail
  • Create and develop SharePoint pages
  • Support preparation and execution of internal (virtual) events (e.g. All-Hands meetings etc.)
  • Develop new design elements and assets based on visual guidelines
  • Engage and collaborate closely with stakeholders across SAP People & Operations
  • Location: Walldorf


What you bring


  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Media, Communication, Design, Marketing, or any other studies – individual interest and skills are more important than field of study
  • Computer skills: Profound skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Language skills: fluent in English, Intermediate in German
  • Creative, quality-focused and collaborative in a virtual team set-up
  • Hands-on attitude and proactive in communication
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to apply respective structures in presentations
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively and efficiently

Our Global People & Operations (P&O) Communications Program Office is a diverse team that develops and executes innovative communications programs for the P&O Board area that inform and inspire our global workforce.

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
