What you'll do

Support our internal communication efforts and create (mainly digital) materials such as videos, graphics, presentations, and e-mail
Create and develop SharePoint pages
Support preparation and execution of internal (virtual) events (e.g. All-Hands meetings etc.)
Develop new design elements and assets based on visual guidelines
Engage and collaborate closely with stakeholders across SAP People & Operations
Location: Walldorf

What you bring

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Media, Communication, Design, Marketing, or any other studies – individual interest and skills are more important than field of study
Computer skills: Profound skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign)
Language skills: fluent in English, Intermediate in German
Creative, quality-focused and collaborative in a virtual team set-up
Hands-on attitude and proactive in communication
Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to apply respective structures in presentations
Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively and efficiently

Our Global People & Operations (P&O) Communications Program Office is a diverse team that develops and executes innovative communications programs for the P&O Board area that inform and inspire our global workforce.
